This public website remains an information experience, with one limited Contact pathway that sends messages to TexasTin’s designated customer-experience inbox without a website submission database.

Contact message handling
When the Contact form is activated, it collects the name, email address, enquiry type, subject, and message that a visitor chooses to provide. The website does not retain those submissions in a TexasTin website database. They are screened for automated abuse through Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered to Riddhi Reddy at riddhicorpllc@gmail.com through Google Gmail. Google and Cloudflare process information needed to provide those services under their respective policies.

Response and access
Riddhi Reddy, TexasTin’s Head of Customer Experience (CX), is the designated point of contact for product, partnership/media, research, privacy, and general enquiries. Submitted messages are accessible only through the designated Gmail inbox for the purpose of responding to the enquiry. TexasTin aims to respond within 7 business days.

Future product services
A product-specific privacy policy will be published before any TexasTin service asks people to provide personal information. That policy will need to describe the applicable service, purpose, handling process, and available choices in clear language.
